you can almost do it. (getting the gems is impossible without touching the ground, but "Beginnings" is possible with 2 dashes without touching the ground. 2nd gem isn't though. 1100 is possible but it requires multiple spike clips. Everything else is possible I think.
thats how it go, it gets so much faster after your first run because you actually know what you are doing, i went from an hour on my first complete run to 20 minutes, and can do all berries in sub 10

but for a1100, i stuck, again...
for 1100m, you have to corner jump off of the spikes to reach the wall on the other side and wall jump up.

you need to wall jump off of spiked walls to pass 500m and 800m (check "parity" and "spike jump" sections here: https://celesteclassic.github.io/glossary)
